Jane is an APA Titled Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist with over 22 years of clinical experience in musculoskeletal physiotherapy, sports injury rehabilitation, and exercise-based treatment.

Jane previously served as Senior Clinician and Manager at the Monash University Sports Clinic, where she received a Clinical Excellence Award for her outstanding contribution to patient care. She has also worked as Head Physiotherapist for leading soccer clubs, supporting athletes with injury prevention, rehabilitation, and performance enhancement.

Her clinical interests include disc-related back pain, chronic back pain, sports injuries, osteoarthritis, osteoporosis, and post-injury rehabilitation. Jane is passionate about developing personalised treatment programs that help patients reduce pain, restore movement, and achieve long-term health and wellbeing.

In addition to her clinical work, Jane has contributed to physiotherapy education both in Australia and internationally, including lecturing Clinical Pilates courses for the Korean Physiotherapy Association.
